Nala was out on the balcony when she spotted a tiny puppy outside who looked hurt.
“Oh no! Puppy emergency!” she said.

Nala zoomed into Nonna Pina’s kitchen, grabbed the kitchen table, tied it to a bedsheet from her room, and—TA-DA!—made a wibbly-wobbly hot air balloon.

They hopped in, and ZOOM! Off they drove.

Up in the sky, they could see Nala floating gracefully… well, mostly gracefully… toward the hospital.

Nino and Pina rushed inside and opened a room door—and gasped!

There was Nala, standing proudly in a doctor’s jacket that was way too big, helping the little puppy who was resting on a tiny pillow.

“PHEW!” they both said. “Nala, we didn’t know you could be a doctor!”

Nala grinned. “Well… today I am!”

Nonna Pina and Nonno Nino knew one thing for sure:
